The NWSSDTP is committed to ensuring that you have access to all the help and support you need throughout your PhD. Each institution offers support for their Postgraduate Research (PGR) students and you can find links below to your institutional wellbeing resource hub. Please contact your supervisor or PGR school administrative team for advice on reporting sickness or other leave. We have also included links to external sites below, which offer assistance on improving both your physical and mental health.
