The NWSSDTP is partnering with Heseltine Institute for Public Policy and Practice to run an urban policy laboratory over the summer (June – August 2021) with up to 10 NWSSDTP Students. Candidates will work with local stakeholders to co-produce a concrete policy proposal to inform Liverpool City Region’s post-pandemic aspiration to Build Back Better. Candidates who take part in the full programme will be entitled to a one month funded extension to their studentships.
The laboratory is open to PhD students from any of the institutions within the NWSSDTP and from any discipline. No prior knowledge will be assumed. Further details can be found in the Heseltine Institute Urban Policy Laboratory Proposal here.
Interested candidates should submit a Heseltine Public Policy Labs Expression of Interest Form to nwssdtp@liverpool.ac.uk by 5pm on the 12th May.
